About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Offset Press Feeder will work closely with the Press Operator to ensure sheet-fed offset presses run efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. You will be responsible for preparing, operating, and monitoring the feeder while assisting with press operations and maintenance.

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Offset Press Feeder will work closely with the Press Operator to ensure sheet-fed offset presses run efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. You will be responsible for preparing, operating, and monitoring the feeder while assisting with press operations and maintenance.
In this role, you will receive:
- Compensation: A base salary of $42,000-$50,000 commensurate with experience.

- A chance to learn on-the-job alongside experienced Press Operators in a collaborative environment that values quality, safety and teamwork.
- Prepare, operate, and troubleshoot the press feeder on sheet-fed offset presses
- Continuously monitor material flow to ensure consistent quality and zero-defect feeding
- Assist the Press Operator to maintain efficient press performance
- Perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of small parts
- Maintain cleanliness of the feeder, press area, and surrounding workspace
- Follow all company safety policies and work rules at all times
- Perform additional production support tasks as required to ensure smooth workflow
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- High school diploma required
- 1+ year of experience feeding a sheet-fed offset press preferred
- Experience in the printing industry is an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
