Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a full time motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of cleaning products to both commercial and retail customers. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored product solutions that support customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and retail clients, including janitorial companies, facilities, and retail buyers

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate cleaning products and solutions

  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accuracy of pricing and product information

  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic training on product use, as required

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and orders in company systems

  • Achieve established sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment

Compensation: $52,000 per year, with a compensation review after 12–24 months based on performance and business needs

Work Type: In Office at Niagara Falls location with travel required to Niagara Region. Full time, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable sales role, preferably within cleaning, janitorial, or related industries

  • Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is considered an asset

  • Strong technical proficiency, including experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with AI-enabled tools

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
